We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message when you use our contact form, and your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. Reservations are handled by OpenTable, which collects booking details under its own privacy policy. We also collect technical information automatically, such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and how you move through the site.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage reservations and special events, send newsletters where you have asked for them, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data.
4. How we share information
We share data only with the service providers that make the site work: Webflow for hosting, OpenTable for reservations, Mailchimp for newsletters, JotForm for contact form submissions, and Google for analytics and maps. Each processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. International transfers
Several of these providers are based outside Mexico, mainly in the United States, so your information may be processed abroad under their respective safeguards.
